5.1 All course content, materials, and intellectual property provided on the platform remain the exclusive property of PTcourse.co.uk.
5.2 The Advocate and Learner are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials solely for educational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 PTcourse.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform or course materials.
6.2 PTcourse.co.uk’s total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Advocate for the specific course in question.

7. Changes to Terms
7.1 PTcourse.co.uk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. General Provisions
9.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Advocate, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing and accessing courses from PTcourse.co.uk, the Advocate acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf and on behalf of all associated Learners.
