CLEARING THE PATH TO YOUR NEW CAREER
This course is designed for aspiring personal trainers and newly qualified coaches working within the JD Gyms environment. It is ideal for those who want to develop confidence, professional standards, and practical coaching skills that translate directly to the gym floor.
No previous coaching experience is required. The programme is structured to support learners from the fundamentals through to confident application, with each session building on the last in a clear and logical sequence.
Sessions are delivered live at scheduled times, allowing learners to engage, ask questions, and apply concepts in real time. The focus is on understanding, discussion, and practical application rather than passive learning.
The sessions are deliberately spaced to allow time for reflection and practice between each topic. This approach supports deeper understanding and ensures learning can be applied in the gym rather than rushed through.
Yes. Every session is designed with real-world coaching in mind. From consultations and screening to programme design and delivery, the course focuses on skills and knowledge that improve confidence and professional practice with clients.
