1. Definitions
1.1 “PTerms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of PTcourse.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) services, including our website, learning platform, learning materials, and SMS/email communications programmes.
By using our services, accessing our Platform, or opting into communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Provider” refers to PTcourse.co.uk.
1.2 “Associated Training Provider (ATP)” refers to the purchasing entity or organisation (including but not limited to a college, school, business, or training provider) that contracts with an independent Mentor for the purpose of accessing PTcourse.co.uk courses, services, or learning materials on behalf of one or more Learners.
1.3 “Mentor” refers to an independent person or business that contracts with an ATP to provide mentoring support and facilitate access to PTcourse.co.uk courses, services, or learning materials. A Mentor is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of the Provider unless explicitly stated in writing.
1.4 “Learner” refers to the individual accessing the Platform and course materials through an ATP and Mentor arrangement, and who is not a direct customer of the Provider.
1.5 “Platform” refers to the online learning environment hosted on Moodle LMS or any alternative system selected by the Provider.
1.6 “Content” refers to all learning materials, assessments, videos, documentation, templates, resources, branding, written content, and intellectual property provided by the Provider, whether hosted on the Platform or supplied through any other method.
1.7 “B2B Transaction” refers to any transaction where access to PTcourse.co.uk services is purchased for organisational, business, professional, or training delivery purposes.
1.8 “Communications Programme” refers to any SMS, email, or other direct messaging communications sent by the Provider to users who have opted in.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Provider supplies access to learning materials and services through the Platform and associated systems.
2.2 Access may include course content, resources, assessment tools, structured learning pathways, webinars, recordings, templates, and supporting materials.
2.3 The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or withdraw any Content at its discretion in order to maintain quality, compliance, or platform integrity.
3. Relationship Between Parties
3.1 The Provider’s contractual relationship is with the Mentor only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The ATP is the purchasing entity that contracts with the Mentor and does not contract directly with the Provider unless explicitly agreed.
3.3 The Learner is granted access solely through the ATP and Mentor arrangement and is not a direct customer of the Provider.
3.4 The Mentor operates independently. The Provider is not responsible for the conduct, service delivery, advice, mentoring practices, or policies of the Mentor.
3.5 The Provider is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or commercial arrangements between the ATP and Mentor.
3.6 All transactions are categorised as B2B unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Access, Accounts, and Use
4.1 The Provider grants access to the Platform for the period agreed at the point of purchase or contract.
4.2 Access credentials are issued for named users and must not be shared, sold, transferred, or redistributed.
4.3 The Provider reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse, unauthorised access, credential sharing, or suspicious activity is identified.
4.4 The Mentor is responsible for ensuring that Learner details submitted for account creation are accurate and lawfully provided.
4.5 The Provider is not liable for access issues caused by:
- learner device limitations
- internet connectivity
- firewall restrictions
- third-party software restrictions
- incorrect details submitted by the Mentor or ATP
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Users must use the Platform and Content lawfully and for legitimate educational purposes only.
5.2 Users must not:
- share login credentials
- reproduce or distribute Content without written permission
- record, copy, screenshot, download, republish, or resell Content
- upload harmful software or attempt to breach platform security
- attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform
- misrepresent Provider materials as their own intellectual property
5.3 Any breach of acceptable use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Content remains the exclusive intellectual property of PTcourse.co.uk.
6.2 Access to Content is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for educational use only.
6.3 No ATP, Mentor, or Learner is permitted to reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Content without written consent from the Provider.
6.4 Any unauthorised use of Content may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.
7. Payments
7.1 Payment responsibility sits between the ATP and the Mentor, unless the Provider agrees otherwise in writing.
7.2 The Provider is not responsible for collecting payments from Learners.
7.3 The Provider is not liable for disputes relating to payment arrangements between the ATP and Mentor.
7.4 Where third-party payment processors are used, the Provider is not liable for delays or system failures outside of its control.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Refunds are governed by the contractual arrangement between the Provider and the Mentor.
8.2 Learners have no right to request refunds directly from the Provider.
8.3 ATPs have no right to request refunds directly from the Provider unless they are the direct purchasing party under a written agreement.
8.4 Where access to digital Content has been issued and accessed, refunds will not normally be provided unless required by law.
8.5 The Provider is not liable for refund disputes between ATPs, Mentors, or Learners.
9. Platform Availability
9.1 The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
9.2 The Platform may be unavailable temporarily due to:
- maintenance
- security updates
- hosting outages
- cyber incidents
- third-party technical issues
9.3 The Provider is not liable for downtime caused by events outside of its reasonable control.
9.4 The Provider may change hosting systems, technology suppliers, or the Platform itself without notice.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10.2 The Mentor confirms that any Learner information submitted is collected and shared lawfully with appropriate consent.
10.3 The Provider will not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. SMS and Email Communications Programme
11.1 Business Identity Clause
PTcourse.co.uk operates as a provider of structured training programmes and educational resources delivered through a managed learning platform. Users who opt in to communications may receive service-related updates, appointment reminders, programme information, and limited promotional messages relating to our training services.
11.2 Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorise PTcourse.co.uk to send SMS messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
11.3 Message Types
Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and support communications.
11.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with our services; however, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
11.5 Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
11.6 Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
11.7 Opt Back In
If you wish to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you used to enrol originally.

11.9 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11.10 Privacy
Your use of the Communications Programme is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or Content.
12.2 The Provider does not guarantee qualification achievement, assessment success, compliance outcomes, business outcomes, or employment outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
12.3 The Provider is not liable for the actions, omissions, advice, or service delivery of Mentors.
12.4 The Provider is not liable for disputes between ATPs, Mentors, and Learners.
12.5 The Provider’s total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid directly to the Provider for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 The Provider may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- these Terms are breached
- misuse or credential sharing is identified
- unlawful activity is suspected
- Content is redistributed without permission
13.2 Termination may occur without refund.
13.3 Suspension or termination does not remove any payment obligations already owed under contract.
14. Changes to Terms
14.1 The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14.2 Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 The Provider shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber-attacks, outages, natural disasters, supplier failures, or government restrictions.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. General Provisions
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
17.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Provider’s services and supersede any prior understandings or agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17.3 Failure by the Provider to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
18. Age Restriction
18.1 PTcourse.co.uk services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.
18.2 By accessing the Platform, using our services, submitting personal information, or opting into SMS or email communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
18.3 The Provider does not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18.
18.4 If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
18.5 If you are under 18, you must not use the Platform, access the Content, or opt into communications.
